On Thusday 19 Oct 2009 night,

A neighbour witnessed a crime commited by some people! Cars were spreayed with paint and scratched.

An recount of an incident that happen from an guy who witnessed it.

"A guy who is acting suspiciously doing something on a car. I noticed something was not right so i shouted at the person. The guy started running as soon as I shouted at him. I tried to chase but he was too fast and disappear after the a few seconds."
